Improving Outcomes Using Evidence-Based Care
In this article, I will review a strategy for enhancing patient outcomes at Vila Health
based on complex data. I will also investigate the pros and cons of using remote cooperation
while developing and providing treatment.
Remote monitoring and diagnosis are becoming more important for nurses to improve
patient safety and health outcomes. All nurses must have the knowledge and skills necessary to
provide quality care to patients who are geographically far from the nurse. Sometimes, you may
be administering treatment in person yet working with a remote doctor or team members. In
order to effectively communicate and coordinate care, it is crucial to have a firm grasp of the
advantages and disadvantages of multidisciplinary teamwork. It is vital to provide high-quality,
evidence-based care so that you and your team can effectively communicate and collaborate
remotely.
When making decisions about the care plan, the most relevant and helpful evidence
included the patient's current condition and any risks associated with the patient's current state.
Others have the patient's current and past medical history, family history, relevant factors,
necessary follow-up care, and necessary follow-up testing or procedures. Also, by utilizing
resources such as PubMed, CINAHL Plus, the Cochrane Library, and UpToDate, nurses may
provide evidence-based care to patients who need postoperative pain management. Moreover,
nurses may offer the best possible care for their patients by adopting evidence-based practice
models such as the Johns Hopkins model of evidence-based practice (Agostoni et al., 2019).
My proposed evidence-based plan for the Vila Health patient includes assessing the
patient's current condition and any risks associated with the patient's current state. This includes
assessing the patient's vital signs, performing a physical examination, and obtaining relevant
