Introduction
Like many other company Gladwell grocery is faced with many problems that are related
to the management of its human assets. HRIS system is the only viable solution to these menaces
and incorporating the system in the management process is one of the best ways to solve the
crisis. Human resource managers should include these programs that are compatible and within
the market demand. Furthermore, it is the aimed at each and every organization to create the
necessary programs which are intended to increasing effectiveness and also efficiency.
Management implementation plan for Glad well Grocery Stores
The first step is to identify the primary stakeholders of the Gladwell grocery stores. In
this case, the overall function is to implement the HRIS systems to the grocery. The main
stakeholders are the clients who are the customers, the employees at the grocery and the
management team which will comprise of the owners of the grocery. The critical function of
these step is to ensure that the implementation process is known to them.
Set & Prioritize Goals
After the stakeholders have been identified the next process with to set the goals in which
the HRIS is required to achieve. The goals should be clear in this case, and the actual results can
be measured. The overall function of HRIS is to enhance human assets of the grocery. These will
include administrating of policy, personnel department responsible for managing people. Payroll
systems will help in the tabulation of employee’s salary and compensation. To help the grocery
to reduce human error associated titled with manual management of people. Increase the
accountability of employee through management software systems (Suri, 2014).
