, Foreword
During the period: August 2019 till February 2020, I will work as an Meeting & Events Coordinator at
The Tower Hotel in London. Within this period I would like to develop myself more than I already did
during my first internship. The main goal for this internship is to find out if this is a job that I would
like to do after I graduated. Besides this, I would like to increase my English vocabulary and get some
sales skills.
During this internship I will write about a management case. In this case, I will describe a problem and
the plan to get more knowledge and find a solution at the end of my internship for this case. I will hold
a presentation about this management case, to show my company tutor my solutions.
Petra Meier will be my company tutor during these six months. She is the meeting & events manager of
the hotel and I would like to thank her for helping me find a relative management case.
Besides Petra, I also would like to thank Mr. Poth for helping me get in touch with the hotel and Mr.
Breuker for the support during the six months.
