PENDAHULUAN


A. LATAR BELAKANG
Kepercayaan dianggap salah satu kunci untuk meningkatkan hubungan
dengan berbagai pihak. Kepercayaan adalah variabel inti untuk membangun
hubungan jangka panjang dengan pihak lain. Media campaign bisa menjadi
solusi sebagai sarana berinteraksi, bertukar informasi dan mempresentaikan
produk atau jasa untuk menambah kepercayaan. Media campaign atau kampanye
media adalah serangkaian kegiatan yang terkait dengan tujuan spesifik (acara,
peluncuran, dan lain-lain) yang terarah dan terususun untuk memperkuat
informasi suatu produk atau jasa melalui berbagai media.
Pasalnya, pada media campaign atau kampanye media terdapat target
fokus, dan juga indikator yang tepat. Media campaign atau kampanye media
sendiri memiliki tujuan yang jelas, yaitu meningkatkan kesadaran akan suatu
produk atau jasa, menginformasikan kepada publik tentang berita perusahaan
atau menjangkau khalayak yang lebih luas. Tentunya dalam melakukan media
campaign ini harus menggunakan pesan yang strategis untuk berkomunikasi
dengan audiens agar berhasil mencapai tujuan. Ada beberapa alasan mengapa
akan bermanfaat bagi perusahaan untuk meluncurkan media campaign atau
kampanye media. Dalam hal ini MRO dapat membantu perusahaan
menggambarkan cerita kepada konsumen atau khalayak. Adapun beberapa jenis
media kampanye yang sering digunakan antara lain:
● Media Elektronik ( Televisi, radio, HP)

● Media komunikasi kelompok ( pameran, seminar, diskusi panel )

● Media cetak ( koran, Tabloid, majalah)

● Media Digital ( website, sosial media, email, aplikasi, chatting dan lainnya)

● Media luar ruangan ( poster, banner, billboard, papan nama)
