- Slijmprikken zijn craniata zonder wervelkolom (aalvormige zeevis)
- Vertrebrata hebben wel wervelkolom

, Overgang leven water → land

■ Kraakbeenvissen hebben skelet van kraakbeen, aan de zijkant onstaan vinnen
■ Beenvissen: straalvinnig, daarna kwastvinnig
■ Longvissen hebben longblaas, ook bedoeld voor ademhaling naast dat ze het
gebruiken om te kunnen drijven
■ Uit zwemblaas (luchthappen → om te kunnen drijven) ontstaat een uitstulping naar
dorsaal
■ Longvissen hebben in adulte stadium nauwelijks functionerende kieuwen, ze gebruiken
longen
■ Vervolgens overgang leven water → land = tetrapoda
