Inleiding
De afgelopen vier schoolweken heb ik stagegelopen op de somatische afdeling in een verpleeghuis,
hier heb ik veel meegemaakt en geleerd. In deze schriftelijke opdracht ga ik vier zorgthema’s
uitwerken die betrekking hebben op mijn stage. De zorgthema’s die ik ga uitwerken zijn:
‘Incontinentie’, ‘Tiltechnieken en mobiliseren’, ‘Auditief en visueel beperkten’ en ‘vocht en voeding’.
