Human Resources
The design team at Boohoo is responsible to model all

will of Boohoo. They’re well trained to construct eye-catchy patterns.
Since Boohoo is an online based company, it does more than half of its business through e-
commerce. E-commerce describes the electronic give-and-take of goods, services or other
information between a concerned business and its consumers. Boohoo’s websites is an
example of e-commerce. The company’s websites is the place where the company will be
selling all of their products to its target market i.e. 16 – 30 year olds. The payment is done
online and the purchased product/service is delivered within the given agreed date before the
purchase.
Another organisational structure of boohoo is digital marketing. This comprises of all the
marketing efforts using electronic devices or the internet. Boohoo influences digital channels
such as search engines, social media, email and other websites to connect with its current and
potential customers. Since its target market is 16 – 30 year old females, they use social media
such as Instagram the most to advertise or promote their products. This is because Instagram
has the same target market as Boohoo and hence it’ll be easy to connect with its customers.
Customer service at boohoo is defined as the experience a customer gets when using
products their product or service. All customers should be served well from the very
beginning till the closing of the sale. In other words, Boohoo provides satisfied information
