CASE HISTORY OF PATIENT SOFT TISSUE INJURY
CASE PRESENTATION
A 27 year old male patient complains of achy anterior shoulder pain,which
is exacerbated by lifting or elevated pushing or pulling.He complains when
they lift heavy objects and move he feels severe pain.The location of pain is
vague and symptoms may improve with rest.
Physical Examination:
● Upon physical examination of the shoulder,he is presented with tenderness over the
bicipital groove.
● Flexion of the elbow against resistance aggravates the patient's pain.
Diagnostic Tests:
➢ Bicipital groove point tenderness
➢ Yergason test
➢ Speed test
