ABSTRACT
Finding the best builder in the local area is quite a difficult task and many people are
unaware of the builders present in their local residence. A web application with all the
information regarding the builders present in all the regions will be quite beneficial for the
users as they will get to know about the builders present in their areas. Such a web
application is Builder's build which allows users to locate the builder near their area, and
they can contact them easily on this web application for the construction of their project.
This web application also acts as a bidding site where builders can bid for the projects
posted by the users. This web app is created using HTML, CSS, Database, and PHP.

Nowadays, there are various builders present all over the country. It’s hard to find builders
in your local area with reasonable demands. Many are not even aware of the builders
present in their local area where they want to build their projects. Builder’s build is a web
application where a user can find the different builders present near them. It’s a web
application where the information. Regarding the builders will be present allowing the
users to contact the desired builder and discuss the project with them. This web app also
allows builders to find new work where they couldn’t before. The user also gets an option to
post their project on the web app and the builders can bid for that project. This allows the
user to get the best deals. This web app acts as an open forum where the builders and the
user interact with each other. The builders also can post their previous works with their
profile which users can view and choose a builder suitable to their choice.

The internet age has transformed auction into a truly open process in which thousands of
goods and services may be offered for bidding by anyone from anywhere and at any time on
various e-commerce websites. Like this Builder’s Build, is a web application for selling
construction contracts to the highest bidder.
Initially, the builder or owner has to go for registration. Registration involves fields like
user’s information: First name, Last name, Date of Birth, valid Email ID, address, phone
number, etc. If the user has entered anything wrong or left blank immediately the error
message is displayed so that it can gather the validated details of the user. Builders who
have registered already can directly login into the bidding process. Login has the fields like
username, password, forgot password, and other validations. Here, both Builders and
customers have different login pages so that they have different accounts for them
recognized as builders or customers. It also has a feature where the admin can count how
many times the user has logged in to keep track of details like how many times a user bid
for a project.
The administrator Is the one who can have control over the customer as well as the Builder.
It authenticates the user by verifying the license and documents which are to be included
in bidding and also authenticates them by verifying registration details. It also updates
about the auction happening to users by putting up the advertisements.
For new users, all the instructions about how the application works and about the hidding
process will be provided. Details of various auctions happening will be present and users
can select according to their choice. The user is also allowed to set alert notifications for
the auction happening and various details regarding other auctions will also be sent to
them.
Proposed System
Login/User Registrastion: Those who wish to take part in bidding have to register
as a customer or builder. Only authenticated users can participate in bidding. The system
automatically rejects unauthenticated users who attempt to bid at the location.
Project Management:
This includes projects, location of projects, etc for bidding. Only those who have registered
and authenticated as customers or bidders can place their project for bidding. This
collects information like Project Name, Project details, location of the project, Starting bid
amount, Incremental value, etc. This system also automatically inputs the closing date.
