The musculoskeletal system is a complex network of bones, muscles, tendons, and ligaments that provides support and movement to the body. Bones form the skeleton, giving structure and protecting vital organs. Muscles enable movement by contracting and relaxing. Tendons connect muscles to bones, while ligaments connect bones to other bones, providing stability to joints. This system not only allows us to perform daily activities but also plays a crucial role in maintaining posture and balance. Proper care, including exercise and nutrition, is essential for a healthy musculoskeletal system, preventing injuries and chronic conditions like arthritis.
