Since 1952, they have been providing medical attention to people in Central Texas.
A medical group that was established by physicians with the goal of improving
patient care via collaboration and innovation is called the ADC. Through the
provision of medical services to the communities that we serve, this culture of
cooperation ensures that excellence is achieved.
Vision:
To provide the highest quality care to Central Texas through an integration of
specialties with compassionate, respectful and collaborative evidence-based
practice.
Mission:
, To provide exceptional and compassionate care through an integrated model of a
high-quality healthcare team.
Values:
Excellence means being exceptional. It represents excellence in a certain field.
Excellence requires expertise, devotion, and detail. People work hard,
enhance their talents, and seek for perfection to achieve excellence. It means
delivering excellent work and exceeding expectations.
Collaboration involves working toward a common goal. It involves teams or
individuals sharing resources, information, and ideas to achieve more than they
could alone. Success in today's interconnected world requires collaboration
Compassion: Understanding and sharing another's sentiments leads to compassion
and a desire to alleviate suffering. It unites people across borders. Kindness,
empathy, and support show compassion.
Wellness includes physical, mental, and emotional well. This holistic approach to
health covers diet, exercise, sleep, stress management, and relationships. By
prioritizing wellbeing, people can boost productivity, resilience, and quality of life.
