intense itch that is worse @ NOC, small papules 1-2 mm, linear/serpiginous ridges
usually in interdigital spaces of hands, wrists, & arm flexures, genitals, feet, butt, or
axillae
dx of scabies?
scraping to take sample
tx and education of scabies?
tx= Permethrin topical 5% cream (Elimite)
education= therapy for fam, all bedding/clothing needs to be washed
