Purpose of the course
The aim of the course is to equip students with the necessary theoretical and practical skills to
enable them understand the principles, concepts and practices of management, and to have
knowledge and skills necessary to become effective managers and leaders in a variety of
organizational settings.

By the end of the course, students should be able to:
