work for the state as a bilingual program representative. My hobbies are hiking and
swimming. My previous work experience is working as a server, cashier, sales
representative and maininting accounts with stellar customer service.
Why do you want to work for jet blue - Answers -I want to work for jet blue because Jet
blue is well known for its stellar customer service of air travel.
What is your greatest strength - Answers -My greatest strength is I work well with others
as a team and under stress, while resolving problems with stellar customer service.
What is your greatest weakness - Answers -My greatest weakness is that I sometimes
have trouble asking for help due to do being over confident with my job duties.
Describe your best and worst boss - Answers -My best manager was my mentor who
was helpful and knowledgeable for example she always knew the answer to all my
questions and if she didn't, she always responded as soon as she could. In contrast to
another manager who rarely interacted with the myself or the team in two years. Though
I appreciated the managers style of hands off, I was allowed to work independently and
seek other resources.
In a job what interest you the most and what Interest you the least - Answers -In a Job
what interest me the most is working with others as a team in contrast of what I least
liked about my job may be the calculations of the reports I submitted at the end of the
day.
What was the toughest challenge you've faced - Answers -The toughest challenge I
faced was when one of my coworkers was let go and I was responsible for maintaining
her accounts along with mine. I overcame the challenge by working more efficiently in a
timely manner.
