DEFINITION:
Pain in chest or retrosternal pain that radiates toward left arm and hand from
jaw, shoulder and ear.
AGE:
It occurs after age 40 years.
At age 20-30 years muscle fatigue occurs not angina.

ETIOLOGY AND PATHOGENESIS:
Symptoms are result of myocardial ischemia due to insufficient blood flow
through atherosclerotically changed coronary arteries.

Retrosternal pain
Shortness of breath/ dyspnea
Nausea
Arrythmias
Restlessness
