What happens if no UL is listed and labeled on PFE? - -viewed as fraudulent
A person without a COF cannot sell a PFE EXCEPT when - -under the general

PFE's
minimum of 5 years - -disclose name & address of all companies engaged in the
business sale of PFe
listing names, addresses, and COF # - -of all company employees who will be selling
PFE
Proof of - -liability insurance
PFE sales company term is for - -one year
Maintenance of employee list - -every 30 days
Facilities maintained by PFE servicing company certification application are subject to -
-Department inspections
Verification of record keeping for the servicing of each PFE includes - --aerial #
