nurse to consider during the admission process?: The priority nursing measure is
to provide for the physical safety of the confused client.
The nurses' station and other areas should be placed to allow for easy
observation of clients by staff and access to staff by clients.
Special safety features (bathroom bars and wheelchair accessibility for
clients who are disable) should be addressed
Seclusion rooms and restraints should be set up for safety and used
only after all less-restrictive measures have been exhausted. When

combination of biophysical education and forensic science. It is the
utilization of nursing science to public or legal proceedings. The
registered nurses use scientific investigation, collection of evidence,

perpetrators and victims of violence, abuse, and traumatic accidents.
