Data analytics is a method that uses data and reports to assess the skill and alignment of a store's network. Data analytics can help associations reduce costs, further develop consumer engagement, increase efficiency, and earn rewards. This dataset comes from DataCo Global (Constante, Silva and Pereira, 2019). This dataset contains information about warehouse network performance from 2015 to 2018, such as customers, orders, expenses, delivery, and more. The collection is generally small, containing only 180,519 columns of data. Different attributes are there in the used dataset of DataCo's Kaggle dataset, and some of these are "Days for shipping (real)," "Days for shipment (scheduled)," "ate_delivery_risk," "Sales per customer," "Category Name," and more. Implement a data-driven approach to inventory management to respond to future changes in inventory levels, reduce transportation costs, and reduce inventory and bottlenecks.

, Abstract
Data analytics is a method that uses data and reports to assess the skill and alignment of a
store's network. Data analytics can help associations reduce costs, further develop consumer
engagement, increase efficiency, and earn rewards. This dataset comes from DataCo Global
(Constante, Silva and Pereira, 2019). This dataset contains information about warehouse
network performance from 2015 to 2018, such as customers, orders, expenses, delivery, and
more. The collection is generally small, containing only 180,519 columns of data. Different
attributes are there in the used dataset of DataCo's Kaggle dataset, and some of these are
"Days for shipping (real)," "Days for shipment (scheduled)," "ate_delivery_risk," "Sales per
customer," "Category Name," and more. Implement a data-driven approach to inventory
management to respond to future changes in inventory levels, reduce transportation costs, and
reduce inventory and bottlenecks. Additionally, Data analytics can provide additional support
when working on transport courses, reducing overcrowding and limiting waste. By
disaggregating data on asset use and natural impact, associations can make informed
decisions to reduce environmental impact.
Introduction and motivation
In today's fast-paced and data-driven business, store chain managers have become critical to
the well-being of the organisation. The report provides an in-depth insight into store network
inspections, where examination of an exhaustive data set provides critical knowledge that can
drive effective tasks and important directions, primarily related to shipment fulfillment.
Logistic Manager is important for strategic managers when organising activities with activity
groups and other related groups. In addition, policy directors can check the request details for
these courses on the dashboard. These studies of excellence serve as a focal point for driving
efforts and identifying anticipated bottlenecks in the supply chain. Moreover, by carefully
reviewing these course-specific demonstrations, the team can identify areas of progress and
implement specific systems to increase productivity, reduce delays, and ultimately improve
the overall customer delivery experience. This concentrated approach enables the team to
concentrate resources and efforts on those areas where they are most required, optimise
logistics operations and provide a more reliable delivery service for designated routes.
Motivation
In order to improve customer satisfaction, optimise productivity and maintain market
competitiveness, supply chains have to prioritise the monitoring of delivery services for their
customers. In order to gain a useful understanding of their performance, identify areas for
improvement, and address any future problems on the spot, companies can benefit from an
