PURPOSE OF PROBLEM SOLVING AT WORK PLACE
a) Problem solving is a way in which some of the problems in the organization are solved or
the best decision for them if found, so as a certain miss understanding may be resolved in
an organization and the solution is found.
So purpose of problem solving in the organization is to enable the organization to make proper
decisions that will enable it make profit or reach its objective, so problem solving eliminates
those thing that will hinder the organization from reaching its objectives.
Another purpose of problem solving in my organization is to show the organization how to go
about with things; especially when the problem arises, problem solving tool is necessary in our
organization to help them deal with the problem at hand.
Like in the last time I had participated in the problem solving panel in our organization were
there was a problem of low output, the organization had to find a way of how to increase the out-
put so as they can increase the company’s income over time. So the team members in the panel
of the problem solving group we had to look deep into the matter on what could be causing this
problem and the best solution for the problem.
