parts: metaphysics, epistemology and aesthetics. Man have had their vision of
the world, conception of life and their own ideas and beliefs about the place or
existence of the human. Philosophically, people seek to understand the
fundamental truths about themselves, the world they live in and their
relationship with or towards this world and with or towards each other. It is a
Greek word which means “Love of Wisdom”. Philosophy is a rational and
critical inquiry that is turned into a basic principle; where it is not only a
reflection of men’s vision of this world, but also an awareness far beyond a
single point of view. In summary, it is the study of general and fundamental
questions of existence, knowledge, beauty, reality, values, reason, mind and
language. However, science is a Latin word which means knowledge; and

GP: What is the relationship between science and philosophy?
SP: What is the difference between science and philosophy? Are they really
different, or can we find certain similarities?
This quotation attributes the fact that many differences come between
both philosophy and science. To start, the nature of philosophy is reflexive. It

when a philosopher studies a certain theory, he engages his thoughts and
senses towards an issue all humans pass through in life which means that he is
engaged in it, whereas when the scientist observes an experiment, he projects
his thoughts towards a certain equipment and material not related to him.
Moreover, in science we use many methods and techniques to identify nature,
