1. EU Policies on logistic infrastructures
These regulations were approved in June 2023 and should be implemented in the upcoming two
years.
Any company that wants to sell products in Europe, they need to accomplish the conditions
established in this regulation.
2. Conclusions
a) Regulating global supply chains to value resilience over the long-term instead of only to
promote eCiciency over the short-term. Will likely be productivity of the global economy.
b) Where supply to production cannot be guaranteed or the cost of logistics reasonably
increases. There could be a return of the concept of globalization to signs of
nationalization.
