"It started about 24 hours ago."
2. Where do you feel the dizziness? Is it just when you stand up, or does it happen at
other times too?
"It mainly happens when I stand up or when I move too quickly."
, 3. How long do the episodes of confusion and dizziness last?
"The confusion comes and goes throughout the day, but the dizziness lasts a few minutes
each time."
4. Can you describe what the confusion feels like?
"It's like I can't remember what I was doing or who I was talking to, and it feels like my
mind is foggy."
5. On a scale from 1 to 10, how severe is the dizziness?
"It’s about a 6 or 7 when I stand up quickly."
6. Does anything make the confusion or dizziness worse?
"When I stand up quickly or try to walk around too much, it gets worse."
7. Have you found anything that makes it better?
"Sitting down and resting for a while helps the dizziness go away."
8. Does the dizziness and confusion happen at any specific time of day?
"It seems to happen more in the afternoon and evening."
9. Have you noticed any headaches along with the dizziness or confusion?
"Yes, I’ve had a mild headache for the past few days, and it gets worse with the
