fetus during pregnancy.
Rh immune globulin (Rhogam) is administered to pregnant women at 28 weeks gestations &
within 72 HOURS POST PARTUM to prevent the risk of blood incompatibility.
Why is smoking associated with small birth weight babies? - ANS It is a result of
vasoconstriction which causes reduced placenta perfusion.
