Human body is erect, with the feet only slightly apart, head and toes pointed forward, and arms
hanging at the sides with palms facing forward.

Body is divided into two main regions -
Axial Region Appendicular Region
-Head, neck, trunk -Limbs aka appendages/extremities
-Runs along the vertical axis of the body
