However, I will be using the supermarket that I currently work to expatiate on the signs of organization
from out text. Many well established organization have some unique things that they do that guide both
the manager and the employees in the daily operation of the firm. Having say all these things I will like
to use the firm that work with to dilate the signs of an organization:

Mission Statement: This part of the planning method in the POLC frame is not taken for granted by
everbright supermart, as all newbies including staffs and managers once they employed they are the
mission to ensure that their expertise in job aligns with operation on where the store wants to get to,
this statement is clearly written and fixed in place ever staff see it as it clearly states that “our mission is
to deliver a satisfying and best quality goods to our customers and giving a welcoming and great
experience ”. To make this achievable platforms are set to make sure each branch go out of their mode
of operation like setting up a stand up meeting where manager can just go to any department at any
time and to remind them how they expected to work and the consequence of going agaist it.

Stories and languages: stories is another good way to pass organizational culture to employees though
in this it consistently done but at time that is done it makes staffs to be more serious with their job.
Most of the managers have work with the store several years so they have gone through a lot in
controlling staffs and managing customers so to make it easier they always any time an employee of the
store have spoken wrongly to customer either they are on their right or not the manager will
immediately hold a 5 minutes to reflect on some thing like that have happened and what was done to
the staff to make understand that the only reason why they spared is because it’s seen as a query letter
or initial ofence.

Physical layout: the look of the store is what the CEO of the store does not play with because he believes
the only way people can stay comfortably in the supermarket to shop is the have good view like good
are well arranged every where is always clean and sparkling well fragranced and welcoming smiling face
from employees. By means all the branch are giving enough staffs and including a cleaner staff work for
6 hours and go back home to rest to ensure that they don’t feel stressed and transfer the aggression to
customers.

Rules and policy: The rule that guides the business it also what the store are very strict with, which it
doen’t matters who goes agaist the rules must be penalized as it is clearly written to guide the activities
of each employee, and to the customer that they are different from every other stores and to operate in
a more professional activities to show that we are experts.

Rituals: It is a tradition every to hold an annual anniversary where staffs from all branches will attend
and the best staffs will be awarded with good cash prices and those that introduced new ideas on the
developmental process will be recognized.
