building d) Other services: 5% of cost of building e) Contingencies: 3% of
overall cost of building f)Supervision charges: 8% of overall cost of building
2. Describe in brief procedure for preparing approximate estimate for water supply
project.
3. The plint area of proposed building is 390sq.m the known cost of construction
for similar structure is rs 1935000 having plinth area 215sq m. calculate
approximate cost of proposed building.

of a new proposed college building for 3500 students with the area 14000 m2.
