, Inleiding
In dit verslag, gemaakt door , een student Junior Accountmanager op het Albeda College, duik
ik dieper in het accountplan van drie bedrijven: Elsendoorn catering, Facet eten & drinken en
Feyenoord. Het onderzoek is verdeeld in verschillende delen om de strategieën en
accountplannen van deze bedrijven beter te begrijpen.


Het doel van dit onderzoek is om waardevolle kennis te vergaren over de account. Deze kennis
kan later van pas komen, vooral bij het begrijpen en toepassen van accountstrategieën in mijn
toekomstige functie als Junior Accountmanager.


Met enthousiasme en nieuwsgierigheid ga ik dit onderzoek uitvoeren. Ik hoop dat wat ik ontdek
niet alleen mijn eigen kennis verrijkt, maar ook interessant en informatief is voor anderen. Veel
