-Analyze needs and requirements
- Develop plans
- Validate those plans
- Distribute work and projects
-Document and revise
Project origin/routing
1. Unit requests on DA 4283
2. Goes DPW for approval
3. Creates list for troop construction requests
4. S3 syncs with DPW for projects
5. Projects are picked and project packets are given; Scope of work, site
plan, and drawings
6. S3 Construction produce construction directive, BOM, Construct Activities
7. Project is assigned to executing company
, Project sustainment
"Engineer equipment and engineer operations require specialized
maintenance and an increased demand of supply to sustain operations -
repair parts, construction material, fuel and POL requirements." -The slides, I

Construction Contracting
Command Authority does NOT equal Contract Authority. KO is the only person
with the authority to change a contract.
