Reinstatement process? - Answer Rph can have license on inactive status. Must submit to board:

To return to active status:
1. Submit completed application to the board
2. Either hold active license in another state OR complete 30 units CE within 2 years immediately
preceding date application was filed and passed the written CE exam on law provided by the board
Reinstatement for revoked license:
1. Must wait 1 year before petitioning the board for license reinstatement
2. Will be heard at board meeting no less than 30 days from the day applicant is petitioning the bard for
reinstatement
3. Needs affirmative vote of at least 3 board members
Reinstatement for suspended license:
1. If imminent danger to public health or safety which warrants emergency action, summary suspension
may be ordered with post-deprivation hearing within 15 days
2. License reinstated to good standing the first day immediately following the suspension
