➢ It is okay to take a few seconds before you answer, to calm down, pause, think
and deliver a structured answer. This is better than delivering an unplanned,
messy answer.

❖ Substantiate your answer with examples (e.g. personal experiences)
❖ Be positive, have eye contact, have good posture, and try not to fidget with your
fingers

➢ Yes eye contact can be scary :( but it demonstrates confidence and some
respect for the examiners so try to do it! If you’re afraid of maintaining eye

contact, perhaps a tip is to look at the center of the examiner’s forehead (it will
look like you’re looking at his eyes).

➢ Be honest! Try not to make things up or guess
