"My knee is swollen and very painful. It started suddenly last night."

Onset: Sudden onset last night.
Location: Right knee.
Duration: Symptoms have persisted for approximately 12 hours.
Characteristics: Sharp, intense pain, worsening with movement or
touch.
Aggravating Factors: Movement, touching the knee, weight-
bearing.
Relieving Factors: Keeping the knee still, avoiding movement.
Timing: Constant since onset, progressively worsening.
