Based on the data from the survey the employee confidence needs to improve and increase. The
questions that we are while conducting the survey were related to employees’ opinions on their
, senior and middle leadership team. The chart will illustrate the employees' lack of confidence in
the leadership team, indicating that only 36% of them agree that the leadership is open, honest,
and transparent, which falls short of half.

For the leadership to alter employees' opinions and perspectives and garner their support, they
need to revamp their interactions with the employees and demonstrate transparency. Being
honest and transparent with the employees will aid in rebuilding their trust and confidence. The
accompanying chart reflects findings from the employee survey, indicating that only 36% agree
that employees possess a clear understanding of the organization's direction, which is below half.
Moreover, merely 26% of employees agree that they are acquainted with the company's vision,
