SUBJECT: HR Consulting Singapore Software Solution
VP,
I have been assigned the duty as human resources consultant by an LLC to aid in
solving the internal issues in your organization. After reviewing the interviews of your
, leadership and employees, the LLC is a branch in Singaporean software providers employing
141 with a $1
Million annual revenue. The CEO is planning to expand the customer reach, leverage
resources and increase profits in the organization. In order to assist your organization, a
strategy must be implemented to address all concerns in the current culture.
Failure to change is dense within your organization. One major reason for this failure to
change is the result of the lack of communication between leadership and the team. In several
exit interviews, it is stressed that concerns that were sent to management to be addressed failed
to be acknowledged or did not receive a response in an appropriate time frame. According to a
statement made by a former employee in their exit interview, “Vagueness, and it seemed like
it took forever for top leadership to give support to solve complaints. This made me feel
unheard, and it seemed like they just wanted to avoid disagreements.” Communication and
transparency
are very crucial factors in a successful organization. It keeps management informed of the
culture and production of the team. Communication also allows team members to express issues
that
need to be addressed in order to continue effective production in the roles they are in. With poor
communication being a common issue amongst your team, the dynamic and understanding will
remain chaotic until common ground is created. Another reason for failure is the lack of
training
