Week 1: Community
Café Hi everyone!
When it comes to the dimensions of health which is described as physical, intellectual,
emotional, social, spiritual, and environmental is a part of our well-being. I can understand how
important nutrition is to our body and daily living. It is imperative for us to intake carbohydrates
because they give us fuel and fiber, and protein gives us nitrogen which enables us to function in
the structures of our body. The lipids help enhances our cells which aid in our hormone
production. When we consume vitamins, it aids in giving us the extra nutrients we need daily
with digestion, absorption of our metabolism, and normal excretions.
