Stabilize
Airway: Swallow screen, nasogastric tube
- Breathing: Respiratory rate
- Circulation: perfusion, pulse, BP
- Hydration: if dehydration
- Nutrition: Swallow or tube
- Medication: decide route
- BP: Hge- 130-140mmhg systolic for 7 days
Ischemic stroke- don’t lower. Only if HF,RF,HTN encephalopathy,aortic dissection. Glucose
- Temperature
- Pressure area
- Incontinence
- DVT prevent: intermittent pneumatic compression stockings in immobile
- Mobilization: Avoid bed rest after 24 h
