NESHAP Guilelines
Cannot drop asbestos from more than 50 ft. Employer must notify EPA of the job within
10 workings days before the start date, and notify EPA again if the date changes. Waste
bags labeled with job location, name of waste generator. Buildings need to be inspected
for asbestos prior to demo or reno work. Institutional, commercial, and industrial
buildings

National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program. Labs are required to have this to
be certified for asbestos analysis
