interact with entities in the value chain: customer, supplier, partners and

a. Interacting with customers-can help entrepreneur identify business
opportunities . Customer feedback is a valauable source of information that
enables improvements which can lead to opportunities.
, b. Lending a Sympathetic Ear to end-users- opportunities often emerge
when entrepreneurs empatheically engage with end users. This allows
them to zoom on in the users pain points and go on to generate
creative solutions.
c. Observing or Learning from the competitors- competitors can also be
a source of good ideas for new opportunities. It is worthwhile to
emulate their good practices.
d. Tunning to Industry news and Organized networking events.
Keeping up to date with the industry news as well as participating in
networking events may help the entrepreneur spot and develop
business opportunities. Allows them to be informed about latest trend
and stay connected with keyplayers in the industry.
