Introduction
I have been assigned to work as a junior project management in the company called InkSpire Digital.
The company is facing issues with setting up the workflows and finding difficulties selecting the right
development methodologies to implement. My role is to analyse three case studies and review how
these methods and structures can be applied to the project management. For selecting these three
studies, I am expected to use appropriate definition, explain, compare and evaluate to showcase to
senior management that I can understand implication of their use.

PRINCE2 is a structured project management method that is suitable for large projects and made for
regulated environments, as it ensures that developing IT projects use specific themes to maintain
their adaptability and flexibility. PRINCE2 focuses on the stages and processes that decompose into
simpler steps to manage the projects more efficiently. They are initialising, which talks about the
project's foundation on progressing plans; controlling is to split stages into different focuses, such as
business goals, delivering the work packages, and reviewing any risks or errors to identify them and
progress to the next stage. The final step is the closing stage, which mostly finalises every stage that
has been done, and it meets all the requirements and sets achievements to wrap up the project. This
makes prince2 the well-suited methodology for high-level organisations and the level of control to
make the projects more effective. PRINCE2 is a structured project management methodology for
temporary organisations known as projects in controlled environments. This was initially developed
by the UK government for IT projects in the 1980s to deliver one or more business products
according to an agreed business case. It is now widely used for extensive projects by the public
sector as it requires solid demands for the company's responsibility. The first element is Principles
which provide one of the core values that must be included in this project to ensure better practices
to build a well-organised project and to set a clear purpose for why the project is important. Another
element is themes, the quality of the project was inconsistent which potentially led to many reworks
as they missed the initial quality requirements, which resulted in poor communication between the
team members. It also manages and manages all the essential aspects of the projects such as quality
and potential risks. It addresses them throughout the project. Moreover, the element was impacted
