BUILDING OF AN ORGANIZATIONAL LEADERSHIP AND TEAMWORK (B.O.L.T) MODEL

School is an institution of learning and education for students with the help of the teachers, administrators, staffs and the principal. Community is a group of people living in the same place sharing similar characteristics, values, identity, interest, like the family, neighborhood, local officials, local congregations, civic organizations. The school and the community has its individual mission, vision, goals and objectives for its constituents. When schools and community organizations work together to support learning, everyone benefits. Partnerships can serve to strengthen, support, and even transform individual partners, resulting in improved program quality, more efficient use of resources, and better alignment of goals and curricula (Harvard Family Research Project, 2010). Willems and Gonzalez-DeHass (2012) described school–community partnerships as meaningful relationships with community members, organizations, and businesses that are committed to working cooperatively with a shared responsibility to advance the development of students’ intellectual, social, and emotional well-being. School–community partnerships can impact student success and post-school outcomes as well as positively influence and benefit the community in return. Nowadays, school and community partnership has always a huge role in building bridges of opportunities to support the endeavors and needs of the people living. With this linkage, it will help to enhance the lives of the individual and the groups. So, both should and must work together to attain its mutual initiatives and aspirations for the benefit and betterment of all. Furthermore, we, came up with an idea about a model to initialize the various programs and services to become successful and to be useful in a long run.
