1. As a part of Academic Requirement, the Department of Geography is organizing a Field
Excursion / Study Tour to …………………………………………………………………
2. I am attending the same voluntarily and with due permission from my parent/local
guardian.
3. I will follow all the instructions given by Field excursion / Study Tour Incharge in view of
my safety.
4. I will follow all the rules & regulations of COVID 19 assigned by concerned
authorities of Government of Maharashtra.

1. The information given by my ward in part ‘A’ here in above is true and I allow him/her to
attend field excursion / study tour.
2. My ward is physically fit to attend the tour and if he/she becomes unfit on the day of tour, I
shall not send him/her for the tour. Further I shall not claim my refund of tour charges.
3. I will pay the charges for the study tour, as decided by the college authorities.
4. Depending on the availability of dates at the place of visit and transportation, dates of
study tour will be announced by the college.
5. I have no objection to send my ward to Field Excursion / Study Tour in Private Bus.
6. I understand that college authorities take every care in the organization of field excursion /
study tour. I will not hold them responsible in any way in case of any emergency /
accident and further I will not demand any compensation from them if such an event
occurs unfortunately. My ward is attending the tour purely at his/her own risk.
7. College authorities can take suitable action against my ward in case of misbehaviour /
indiscipline by him/her own risk.
8. I assure that my ward will follow all the instructions given by Field Excursion / Study Tour
Incharge in view of his/her safety.
9. I assure that my ward will follow all the instructions of Tour incharge and rules &
regulation of COVID 19 assigned by concerned authorities of Gov. of Maharashtra.
In case for a mishap, I & my ward will not hold field excursion incharge, college
authorities and institute responsible.
