Dx: Polymorphic Ventricular Tachycardia
- aka Torsades
Trt:
Unstable: Defibrillation
Stable: Magnesium 1-2 GRAMs IV/IO
Diluted in 10 mL given over 5-20 minutes.
Atrial Fibrillation
Unstable:
Monophasic 200 Synchro
Biphasic 120-200 Synchro
Sinus Tachycardia
