question is worth 30 marks.
2. Question 1 is worth 30 marks
3. Question 2 is worth 30 marks and is divided into
Part A (15 marks) and Part B (15 marks)
4. There is an internal choice in Question 2. ONLY
answer Question 2.1 Part A and Part B – OR –
answer Question 2.2 Part A and Part B
5. Answer ALL questions in the one file. Make sure
you clearly identify each question in your answer
file.
6. Please name the file with the subject number, eg
“LLB1130 Final Exam 2021” or “LLB 130 Final
Exam 2021”
