Assessment Criteria
Assignments will be given a mark out of 30 in accordance with the assessment criteria
explained in the Assessment Rubric available on the LLB1130/130 Moodle site.
Format
• Your work must be typed on white A4 paper using Times New Roman font. The body
text must be size 12 font, whilst your footnotes should be size 10 font.
• Your margins must be 2.54cm on all sides.
• The body text of your assignment must be double-spaced. Footnotes may be single-
spaced.
• You must reference your work in accordance with the Australian Guide to Legal
Citation.

• This includes footnoting all sources that you refer to or rely on. You must attach a
bibliography of works cited on a separate page at the end of your assignment. The
