1. Credentials Committee - essentially the personnel
committee for the medical staff. Advisory in nature.
2.Executive Committee - highest committee level of the medical
staff. It has the power to act for the medical staff and make decisions
between formal meetings.
3.Joint Conference Committee/Function - Serves as a liaison
between the Governing Board, the Chief Executive Officer of the
