This involves issues such as staffing issues, tactics, recruitment, and employee management inside the organization (Bianca, 2018). • Business ethics: another vital attribute that a human resources manager must possess is work ethics, because it is the integrity of the company and secretaries of the firm's confidential information that must be well-preserved that must be well-preserved (Bianca, 2018).
