, 1. Explain the Role of Human Resource Management in Organizations Today. Which
Competencies Do You Consider Core for Your Organization and Why?
Human resource management is critical to achieving the organization's goals by providing
adequate reinforcement in all areas related to human resources. The primary goal is to ensure the
effectiveness of management's attention and choices about company personnel, as well as to
govern the interaction between management and company employees Bianca (2018).
Its arduous responsibility in contributing to this achievement by attempting to get closer
to the employees and comprehend and analyze all the conditions of achieving their
efficiency in work by operating to determine and project all that fulfills their
requirements and supplies their desires and aims Bianca (2018). The following abilities
should be available in the human resources management in order to properly fulfill all of
these functions:
Organization: One of the most critical talents that a human resources manager must have
is the ability to organize files, manage time, and have personal aptitude.
Communication: In order to properly manage their functions, a human resources manager
in an organization must be able to interact with the organization's workforce.
Multitasking: The HR manager manages multiple tasks at the same time. This involves
issues such as staffing issues, tactics, recruitment, and employee management inside the
organization (Bianca, 2018).
Business ethics: another vital attribute that a human resources manager must possess is
work ethics, because it is the integrity of the company and secretaries of the firm's
confidential information that must be well-preserved that must be well-preserved
(Bianca, 2018).
