We have opportunities for driven and organised individuals who are looking for work in a
demanding, challenging, and fast pace working environment. As a deputy of shift
Manager, the individual will require to help and get involve into completing day to day
operation according to KPI (key performance indicator) and willing to achieve great
millstones.


Main duties:
 Ensuring information has been recorded correctly. E.g fire registration of employees
before shift starts.
 Supervising/support induction period, making sure new starters receives the
relevant training.
 Responsible for day-to-day control of the workflow and ensuring everyone
performing well, attendance, housekeeping to keep the workplace nice and clean.
 Handling complaints in a primary stage and possibly providing solutions or report to
the Manager.
 Team briefing to deliver company up to date announcement or information such as
Christmas bonus or KPI issues and to receive feedback from the team about it.
 Reporting to the shift Manager about the department performance through KPI
system.
 Ensuring the department employees fully understand the business objectives.
