Dr. Fiona said send her to Birmingham for better treatment, and her dad stayed and she was legal
guardian - How did Malala end up in England? Discuss all of the circumstances that lead to her
move from Pakistan. Use information from Dr. Fiona in Chapter 27 and from Malala's parents in
Chapter 29.
