in dit verslag lees je over een mevrouw. Zij kwam bij ons op de afdeling voor een knie operatie. Hierna zou zij gaan revalideren maar werd in het weekend opeens haar revalidatie locatie aangepast. Door dat zij zowel lichamelijk als geestelijk beperkingen had werd zij hier emotioneel van en kreeg zij paniek. In dit verslag lees je hoe ik gesprekstechnieken heb toegepast, dit is gedaan doormiddel van de strak methode.
