What to say when someone dies - - directly state "x has died" (3 times), "there is nothing more
that anyone could have done", EMS is available to help family / survivors, and any info about
local procedures
What not to say when someone dies - It was God's will, gone to a better place, Relief of
Suffering or any other subjective interpretation.
