INTRODUCTION
The leadership of our country pays special attention to the youth. As the
President noted in his speeches, one of the important factors of fundamental
improvement of the economy is information technology and digital technology.
Therefore, our future is directly related to information and communication
technologies and specialists who rely on them. The Ministry of Information
Technology and Communications Development consistently continues to support
talented young people and train highly qualified personnel. The decision of the
President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On provision of information and
communication technologies and personal education with highly qualified
personnel of Uzbekistan, additional support for the development of information
technologies, development of scientific technologies and their integration with
information and communication technologies1" was adopted .Today, it is possible
to positively assess that all conditions are being created for young people to
acquire modern knowledge in Uzbekistan. As the President noted, it is the young
people who are proving with their practical work and courage that they will reach
the heights of modern knowledge and development and become worthy and loyal
children of our beloved Motherland. In this course work, we will consider the
advantages of information and communication technologies in education, the

,benefits they provide and the skills they create, and we will also study the
opportunities expected in the use of information and communication technologies.
Relevance of course work: Information Communication Technologies
provide access to many online resources, such as language learning and language
learning platforms, educational websites, multimedia content and digital libraries,
thanks to their ability to improve access to resources, facilitate communication and
provide interactive educational experiences. It also allows access to these resources
at any time, anywhere.
It offers the use of interactive learning tools such as language learning
programs, online quizzes, virtual cards and language games that make the learning
process interesting.
The purpose of scientific researcher: The purpose of a scientific
researcher studying information communication technologies is to develop
knowledge and understanding of the role, impact and potential applications of
information communication technologies in various fields, including education,
health, business, communication and society in general. Researchers study the
latest innovations , changes and challenges in information communication
technologies to add new knowledge to the field. They work on the development of
innovative information communication technology solutions, tools and
technologies that can solve specific needs or problems in various fields. This may
include the design of new software, communication systems, data analysis tools, or
digital platforms that use information communication technology capabilities for
improved results.
The task of the theme: The theme of information communication
technologies covers a wide range of topics and areas of research focused on the
use, impact and impact of technology in communication, information sharing and
digital interactions. How information communication technologies affect forms,
behaviors and relationships of communication in personal and professional
contexts is analyzed. In this, the role in the formation of social networks,

, messaging applications, video conferencing is studied. In general, the task of the
topic of information communication technologies includes conducting research,
analyzing trends and developments, assessing impact, problem solving and
promoting the responsible and effective use of technology to enhance
communication, information sharing and digital interactions in various areas.
The theory of course paper: Information communication technologies
have become an integral part of our daily life, changing the way in which we
communicate, receive information and interact with the world around us.
In the field of academic coursework, the theory surrounding information
communication technologies includes a wide range of concepts, principles and
foundations that underlie the study and application of technology in
communication, information sharing and digital interactions. The spread of
innovation theory is a theory developed by Everett Rogers that explores how new
technologies are perceived and disseminated within a society or organization.
Studies factors that influence the acceptance process, such as perceived benefit,
compatibility with existing practices, complexity, test capacity, and observability.
The methodological framework: The methodological framework
associated with information communication technologies typically involves
learning how to use, implement, information communication technologies and
evaluate in different contexts. The methodological framework for the study of
information and communication technologies includes a multidisciplinary
approach that combines concepts from such fields as Computer Science,
Information Systems, sociology, psychology and management. Researchers can
use a variety of research techniques, including surveys, interviews, case studies,
experiments, and content analysis, to study various aspects of the use of
information communication technologies and its effects.
The aims of the work: the purpose of the course work on information
and communication technologies is to provide students with a comprehensive
understanding of the principles, technologies, applications and consequences of
